Recently I enjoyed a wonderful meal at Salt. Susanne and husband Ken run this compact and cute restaurant with a menu that changes every three weeks. That evening I devoured a perfectly dressed salad with crisp lettuce, figs, and shredded Oma cheese. After that a large plate of choucroute garnie was headed my way! Wonderful it was with Vermont Salumi garlic sausage, Maple Wind pulled pork, local sauerkraut, house-smoked Jericho Settler’ pork hock, and roasted fingerling potatoes.
