On average I eat out 2-3 times a week, I realized it would be fun to share my experiences and recommend dinning spots. Growing up in Chicago my family had restaurants, some were famous and still remembered by many. Did you see the Blues Brothers or Ferris Bluers Day off? Both of those movies have fun food scenes filmed at my fathers restaurant. With all this eating experience and working in the hospitality business for 20 years, I’m and expert! Good service and quality of food is something I have a natural eye and pallet for. So journey along as I explore the Vermont & beyond eating scene, both rustic and upscale (which in Vt it is all casual).
